Blinkverse Limited ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of users within the Blinqo World ecosystem. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle the "Emotional and Behavioral Data" required to sustain a persistent AI companion.

1. DATA WE COLLECT

To create a personalized AI experience, we collect:

• Identity Data: Telegram User ID, username, and public profile information provided by the Telegram API.
• Contextual Data: Timezone and language settings (critical for the Agent's "DayPlan" logic).
• Interaction Data: The full text of your conversations with the Agent, command history, and feedback on AI outputs.
• Cognitive Profiling (The "Habit & Bias Model"): We extract metadata from your interactions to identify patterns (e.g., "User usually wakes up at 8 AM," "User prefers optimistic tone").
• Generated Metadata: Logs of images generated, prompts used, and assets stored in your "Gallery."

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

• Memory Synthesis: We use Natural Language Processing (NLP) to condense your chat history into "Memory Tags" and "Summaries." This allows the Agent to maintain a sense of shared history.
• Behavioral Simulation: Your habit data informs the Agent's "Genie Engine," determining when the Agent "travels" or "rests" to mirror or complement your schedule.
• System Optimization: Anonymized interaction logs are used to fine-tune our proprietary AI models to reduce hallucinations and improve emotional intelligence.

3. DATA SHARING AND THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS

• AI Processing: We transmit encrypted interaction data to third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, or specialized image generation API providers). These providers are contractually obligated not to use your personal data for their own purposes.
• Infrastructure: We use cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) to store the Agent's persistent state and memory databases.

4. DATA SECURITY AND RETENTION

Blinqo World is not directed at children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will take immediate steps to delete such information and the associated AI Agent.

8. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

As a global service, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. By using the Service, you consent to this cross-border transfer.
